Milam, TX

We took Eli to Milam, where my dad's family is from. My cousin (Amanda) and I both have little boys now (her son, Brady is almost 9 months and Eli is 7) and we have been wanting them to meet for a while now. It has been so great going through pregnancy and motherhood with her and it was awesome to see her and meet Brady! It was SUCH a fun day!! I hope we can get together often!

Not only was it Eli's first trip to Milam, but it was his first time to stay the night away from home. Looks like he was adjusting just fine ;)

Brady was adorable sitting in this highchair to eat. One of the funniest things was, every time I fed Eli something, Brady would let us know that he needed something too! I was giving Eli green beans and we ended up doing every other bite for each of the boys. So funny!

 Eli loved the car swing once he got used to it. He thought he was big stuff!

This was cousin Dex pushing Eli. Dex kept saying "he's driving that car! He's going to the store." It was so funny! Dex was so sweet to the babies, he even covered them with blankets during their naps. Eli liked Dex too, he kept watching him play! I wish I had gotten their picture together.

First cousins and second cousins! (Thankfully we figured out Brady and Eli are second cousins, not third! Phew!) 

Face to face. They were so funny. Eli kept trying to touch Brady's face and hands and Brady would try and kiss Eli's face!
