15 Month Checkup

Eli had his 15 month checkup this morning. Yes, 15 months. I can't believe it! The doctor said everything is looking great. He is still pretty short, but is bigger in weight and BMI now (and head size of course haha). The doctor is not concerned that he is not walking alone yet, he said his legs are sturdy and look good, and he will do it in his own time. As long as everything is fine, I am perfectly okay with him sticking to a crawl for now =)

 

Eli is being SO MUCH FUN lately. I am loving the stage he is in. Although I keep saying that; it seems like each stage gets better and better. He is starting to get into everything, chatting and babbling a ton, and still super sweet and laid back. He has several works in his vocabulary (dada, mama, dog, ball, book, shoes, toes, dog, horse, done, uh oh), but his favorite is just pointing and grunting for you to get what he wants or take him where he wants to go. He blows kisses (when he feels like it), waves, loves bath time, loves his zebra and tractor, and any type of ball. He throws like a champ ;) He loooooves music and as soon as it comes on, he starts dancing! Usually rocking his head back and forth, but if he's really feeling it, his whole body starts going. So funny! Oh, and he's a little ham, of course!
