Our littlest sugar bear turned 10 months old a couple of weeks ago (on the 6th)! I can't even believe it! We had kind of a rough month with several ear infections and one allergic reaction to antibiotics, but we managed to have a lot of fun too. Ian's little personality is coming out more and more each day and I love seeing him learn and grow. He is so much fun right now!!
- Unless he's not feeling well, he's not really one for snuggling. He kind of wriggles down out of your arms to play (which I'm told I was similar when I was little).
- He loves the big plastic bat. He just carries it all around the living room with him so we call him Bam Bam
- He got his first tooth this month! The bottom middle left one came through on 8/25
- While he wants to be in on all the action and play with mainly only Eli's toys (cars especially), he still kind of plays independently a lot of the time. He just wants to kind of do his own thing.
- He started climbing more this month. He has mastered the step between our living room and kitchen (he goes up well, he kind of just plops back down).
- He is also trying so hard to pull up! I bet he'll have it by his next month!
- He has started giving kisses when you ask for them (sometimes, when it suits him). They are big, open mouth kisses!!!
- He LOVES food. His favorites this month were scrambled eggs, turkey dogs, blueberries, cheese and peas. He gets so excited when we put him in the highchair. As I'm trying to cut up his food he just aggressively moves my hand out of the way to get to it!
- He weighs *around* 21 lbs and wears size 9 and 12 month clothes, still in size 4 diapers.
- We are still nursing 4 times a day and getting solid food meals 3 times a day.
- He is sleeping great at night (wakes up some when he has ear infections), but we still haven't gotten on a good nap schedule during the day. He usually takes 1 or 2 pretty good naps, but with Eli's Mother's Day Out and other random things going on, we can't seem to get into a set routine. Luckily, Ian seems to be pretty flexible.
- He doesn't "say" a whole lot, but he tells you everything with his facial expressions! You can just read his little mind!

He's getting TOO BIG!!!!!!
