Ian Turns One Month!

I can't believe it, but Ian is already a month old (on the 6th)! He is a great baby and has been such a joy to us. Eli loves him and always wants to give him hugs and kisses and rub his back. Any time Ian is not in the room, Eli asks "where Ian doe?" 

A few things about Ian's first month:

• He is now wearing into 0-3 months clothes 
• I weighed him at home on 12/11 (5 weeks old) and he was already 12 pounds! 
• He has been in size 1 diapers now for a week or 2 .
• He is eating every 2.5-3 hours during the day and 3-4 at night. He is a great nurser.
• He still sleeps most of the day, but is most active/alert in the evenings (5-8pm)
• He still loves to be on mama's chest and she loves it too. Soaking up every minute.
• He also loves to lay on a blanket and spread out and squirm around.
• Doesn't really take a pacifier much yet, especially if he is hungry.
• Has the sweetest little smiles while he is sleeping. I wish I knew what he was dreaming about. 
• He mostly only fusses when he needs a diaper change, has gas or is hungry. But when he is hungry, he lets you know! LOUD and clear! Boy likes his groceries!
• He is loved so very, very much!!!
