Ian has been trying to say several words, and has a few under his belt now, but my favorite one (and his first) is ELI! I think it's so adorable that that was the first word he said clearly. He had been trying to say it and Dada for a while, but got "Eli" first (9/9/16), followed by "Dada", "bye bye" and now "hi." It is such a sweet little voice!!! Also it's so cute because when he's trying a new word, he will mouth/whisper it the first few days before he actually goes for it out loud. Here is a little video of him saying Eli (it's dark because it was early in the morning, but you should be able to hear it).
